Introducing Spaltz, a French Pilsner collaboration with our favourite Alsatians from Pompette! @restaurantpompette @barpompette_to

This Alsatian inspired pilsner was designed in homage of a very famous regional pilsner that is very popular in Strasbourg.

Brewed with Strisselpalt and Aramis hops from France, and a blend of French and German malts – Spaltz (pronounced SH-PALTZ) is a very classic and herbaceous pils.
