Of all the apricot varieties in Vietnam, “Mơ má đào” is the type known to be the hardest to grow but also the most delicious. Grown in the fresh mountain air of Moc Chau district by ethnic minority tribes, these fruits are prized for their aromatic qualities and pink velvety rind. Slow-aged for 6 months to reach its peak flavor -  On the nose, aromas of toasted golden fruit upfront blend with a light sweetness of jasmine and honey. Ending with a subtle acidity and soft tannic finish on the palate.
